How Natasha works
Natasha brings a supportive, structured approach to helping people understand what is getting in the way, build useful coping skills, and make meaningful changes in daily life. Her work is grounded in the belief that families should leave with more than information—they should have tools they can practice at home, at school, at work, and in relationships.
Natasha creates a steady place to explore what is hard, name what is needed, and take practical next steps.
The focus is on useful coping, communication, and parenting tools that make sense in everyday life.
Individual growth and family relationships are connected. The work makes room for both.
Professional background
Natasha has supported individuals and families across Texas at different life stages and through complex emotional, behavioral, and relational concerns. That clinical background informs the way she leads Generations of Hope—but it does not mean every clinical service below is offered through this community-based program.
Her clinical work has included Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy-informed skills, mindfulness, and other individualized interventions. At Generations of Hope, the focus is practical learning, coaching, groups, workshops, and community connection.
Clinical experience includes
A clear boundary: Generations of Hope currently centers its public programming on Parenting With Purpose, Becoming Me, and Regulate Together.
A founder’s perspective
“People deserve support that works beyond the therapy room.”
Why Generations of Hope
As a first-generation daughter of a traditional immigrant family and a social worker, Natasha has seen how cultural expectations, access barriers, and everyday pressure can make it hard to ask for help. Generations of Hope was built to offer a softer front door—one that respects where people are and helps them build on what is already strong.
Outside of her clinical work, Natasha enjoys bowling, skating, hiking, and time with friends and family. That balance shows up in her approachable, practical style.
